Accelerated - Leadership

The Accelerated - Leadership Technical Diploma program is intended for those who currently occupy or aspire to fill a leadership role. Learners will examine and develop leadership skills, apply the skills and tools necessary to implement and maintain a diverse work environment which understands and values the change process and develop the abilities necessary to effectively deal with organizational behavior and development. Learners within the fields of healthcare, information technology, agriculture, construction, manufacturing, etc. will find the course outcomes to be extremely relevant to success on the job. Individual and team activities, as well as course projects, can be tailored to reflect the needs and challenges of specific organizations and career paths. Most employers are required to report certain employment information to the State of Wisconsin, including quarterly wage information for their employees. MAKING SENSE OF THE EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES:

"Average quarterly wages" means the total wages earned in a three-month period by all students who completed the program ("completers"), divided by the total number of completers.

"Median quarterly wages" means all the completers' quarterly wages are placed in order from lowest to highest and then we identify the student's wages in the middle. This information is provided because averages can be greatly influenced by really high and low wage earners.

To estimate monthly wages, divide the quarterly wages by three.
